i'm going in and out of my ideal self. it still feels like there are two Gio's in my head fighting for control.

i've been waking up like shit pretty consistently. maybe i should switch up my routine. i keep waking up and then going back to sleep and then repeating that 2-3 times. it sucks, cause it makes me feel like shit for the rest of the day.

i have a serious self-discipline issue that i really have to fix ASAP. because time isn't fucking unlimited and i have shit to do before i die.
